About the event
Welcome to a weekend of genuine exploration and discovery. An invitation to pause, open your eyes and re-examine the reality of this experience we call life. We begin by deepening clarity about who you really are, and the nature of your experience. Through simple but precise inquiries, meditations and shared reflections, we explore what is already here before thoughts, stories and roles.
From there, we move into three themes that shape much of human life:
The Hungry Ghost – the ego’s endless appetite for more. Death – as a mirror for truth and freedom. Love – from a beggar to a giver.
Each theme is explored not as theory, but as a living experience, something to see and feel directly.
This retreat is not about adding more ideas or practices, but about meeting life as it is, and seeing through what we never really were. Typical Sessions:
