Rites of Passage - Mens Retreat

Welcome to the Rites of Passage retreat! 

This specific retreat is for men only and will focus on exploring, understanding and developing many aspects of existence as a man. The retreat will start off with deep explorations of our sense of self. 

Digging through self image, cultural role, biology and beyond. 

We will use Self Inquiry exercises and meditation with Navid to both mentally and experientially discover our deepest, truest sense of Self. With this discovery comes a sense of fearlessness, stability and peace. 

These qualities will throughout the retreat function as a support while we deeply explore what it means to experience existence as a male human. 

Oscar Hovell, who is an experienced life coach and have previously hosted mens workshops in Stockholm, will through lectures and circles help us to dive into and explore important topics such as masculinity, sexuality and vulnerability. ‍ 

This retreat will guinde and support the participants towards:

– Discovering their own essence, beyond gender, biology and culture 

– Gaining a deeper understanding of Masculinity and existence as a man 

– Gaining a deeper understanding of the play of polarities 

– Learning how strength and fearlessness supports openness and vulnerability 

– Learning to express emotions more naturally, without fear and regret 

– Learning to hold space for others to express emotions, while staying open 

– Discover the power of brotherhood and sharing
