Is this retreat for me?

YES!  This is for anyone curious to explore the most natural state of yourself and your inner being, deepen your consciousness and connect more to your higher self. If you would like to try our sessions or meet us facilitators before signing up, we do offer single sessions at AYÄM Studio in Stockholm.

Can I come alone?

YES!  Our mission is to bring like-minded souls together so most likely you’ll meet a new friend or two.

What kind of place is Narumi Center?

Narumi Center is the creation of Navids family and holds a spacious yoga shala, shared bedrooms and bathrooms, nature at its footstep and a quietness you can almost touch. Our favorite moments are the cozy evenings with bonfires, star gazing and hot tub, integrating the practices of the day. Narumi Center is located outside of Uppsala, a 75 min drive from Stockholm, Sweden.

Will the retreat be held in English or swedish?

Depending on the participants, we will adjust after what suits the group best.
